Maritime Adventures

Adam and I have been back from Nova Scotia for a few weeks now but I wish we were still there. It was gorgeous, relaxing and fun in just the right amounts. Here are the highlights in a nutshell:

Nova-Scotia-AroundtheHouse-1
There was a friendly greeting from an old canine pal.

Nova-Scotia-MahoneBay-13
There were yarn shops in adorable little towns.

Nova-Scotia-Around-The-House-6
There were sunsets and relaxing evenings in the country.

Nova-Scotia-LobsterDinner-16
There was lobster!

Nova-Scotia-Lunenburg-6
There were stunningly colourful houses and shops.

Nova-Scotia-Lunenburg-53
There were sailing ships and bay-bound cruises.

Nova-Scotia-Lunenburg-89
There were more beautiful sunsets.

Nova-Scotia-Gaspereau-Valley-9
And more amazing yarn stores!

Nova-Scotia-Gaspereau-Valley-24
There were more friendly faces.

Nova-Scotia-Gaspereau-Valley-46
There was cold refreshing wine, accompanied by a delicious meal.

DockBike-1
There was wonderfully moody weather in Halifax.

BeerTaster-2
Which was just fine with us, because there were tasty locally-brewed beers to taste!

The Whole Show (these are just the highlights!)

Nice photos. I'm dying to get to the maritimes.

What camera are you shooting with? I'm looking to get a new camera.

Having just returned, I too am nostalgic for the east. We covered so much ground that I want to go back and explore in more detail. Especially after confronting over 900 emails in my inbox this morning at work. Le sigh.
